At Zunou, we are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring the security of your personal information. Our next-generation AI software platform is designed with data protection at its core, prioritizing the confidentiality and integrity of every piece of information we handle.

When you use our Website, we may collect the following personal information through our contact form:

• Name
• Email address
• Company name
• Any other information you choose to provide in your message

We collect this information solely to:

• Respond to your inquiries
• Improve our services
• Communicate with you, if necessary

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with service providers who process it on our behalf to operate, secure, and support the Service, or where required by law.

When you connect your Google account to Zunou, we access the information covered by the permissions you grant. This may include your name, email address, profile information, and authorization tokens needed to maintain the connection.

Connecting Google services is optional. You can manage your connections in Zunou’s Linked Accounts settings.

With your permission, Zunou accesses Gmail message information, including senders, recipients, subjects, dates, labels, snippets, and message content. We use this information to search and display email, answer your requests, summarize messages, and prepare drafts through assistants you authorize.

With Gmail send permission, Zunou can send messages and replies from your connected account. Assistant actions depend on the access and send policy you configure. Under the “Always ask me” policy, sending requires your approval. Our Gmail integration does not request permission to modify or delete existing Gmail messages.

With Calendar permission, Zunou accesses calendar and event information to display and synchronize your schedule, support meeting preparation, and manage events within the permissions you grant.

When you authorize an AI assistant to use connected Google data, relevant information may be sent to the AI service provider used by that assistant to perform the requested task. We also use service providers for authentication, hosting, storage, and operation of these features. These providers process information on our behalf for the permitted service purposes.

Google user data, including content derived from it, is not used to develop, improve, or train general-purpose or non-personalized AI or machine-learning models. This restriction also applies to our AI service providers.

Assistant responses may contain information from your email or calendar. If you ask an assistant to respond in a shared conversation, people with access to that conversation may see that information.

We do not sell or rent Google user data. We do not use it for advertising, creditworthiness assessments, or lending decisions.

Zunou’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will comply with the Google API Services User Data Policy and the Google Workspace API User Data and Developer Policy, including their Limited Use requirements.

Our personnel may access Google user data only with your affirmative permission to access specific information, where necessary for security investigations or legal compliance, or as otherwise expressly permitted by those policies.

Zunou stores information needed to operate connected-account features, including connection information, access settings, drafts, and activity records. Information derived from Google data may also appear in saved conversations and assistant outputs.

We retain saved drafts and conversations while needed to provide the service to you, unless you request deletion. We retain security logs for 90 days. Security logs must not contain email bodies or authorization tokens.

You can revoke an assistant’s access or disconnect Gmail in Zunou’s Linked Accounts settings. Disconnecting stops further mailbox access and removes the connection tokens held by Zunou. You can also revoke Google authorization at Google Account connections.

Disconnecting does not automatically delete drafts, conversations, or other work already saved in Zunou. It does not delete original messages in Gmail.

To request deletion of your information held by Zunou, email support@zunou.ai. We may need to verify your identity and clarify which information your request covers.

We delete information covered by your request from active systems within 30 days of receiving the request. Remaining backup copies expire within 90 days of the request. If a backup is restored, we reapply recorded deletions before making the restored information available for use.

Where applicable law requires us to retain specific records, we retain only the required records, restrict access, and delete them when the legal requirement ends.

We take reasonable steps to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.

You may contact us at any time to request:

• Access to the personal information we hold about you
• Correction or deletion of your personal information

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with the updated effective date.
